Job description
Located in the heart of the Alps and at the foot of Mont Blanc, ATMB manages the Autoroute Blanche (A40) and the Route Blanche (RN205), a 130 km network between Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, in Haute-Savoie, and Valserhône, in Ain. ATMB serves Switzerland through two cross-border motorway connections (A411 and A41) and Italy, through the Mont Blanc Tunnel of which it is half concessionaire. The company has more than 340 employees and its headquarters is located in Bonneville, in the heart of the Arve valley.
Within the Systems and Information Technology Department, you will report to the Head of Digital Projects Department, and will be responsible for managing the modernization projects of ATMB's IS infrastructure.
MAIN MISSIONS
Management of IT projects:
You will be in charge of managing the technical projects related to the IS infrastructure from the study and design phases to deployment and full integration of the solution.
For this, your missions are:
Modernize all the technological foundations of the infrastructure (Virtualization, Relational Database System, schedulers, M365...)
Write and submit financing requests for studies and projects
Participate in defining and collecting needs, provide technical advice and recommendations
Carry out framing, impact and risk analysis studies and then define the measures to be implemented
Develop and propose different scenarios adapted to infrastructure needs
Write specifications
Manage the purchasing process in accordance with ATMB internal rules (budgets, tenders, supplier selection, contractual follow-up)
Manage outsourced work (technical specifications, training, commissioning, deployment in the Information System)
Ensure financial monitoring, project planning, and risks
Organize and participate in acceptance tests
Participate/lead project Steering Committees and Monitoring Committees
Define requirements in terms of quality and technical aspects of the IT project
Validate or lead the validation of IT project deliverables
Ensure the proper application of the project's Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) and compliance with deadlines and budgets
Maintenance and evolution in reference areas:
Carry out maintenance operations on tools from a technical perspective
Implement new versions of IT infrastructures
Coordinate all business stakeholders, IT service members, and providers involved in the domain
Provide additional training on tools
Administer and configure application tools
Monitor technological and functional developments in reference areas
Budget management:
Participate in the development of the annual and multi-year budget forecast
Job requirements
Profile
Higher education in Computer Science (BAC+3 to 5) with experience in managing projects and evolving infrastructure in information systems
Knowledge of technologies:
Windows, Linux (RedHat, CentOS)
Virtualization ESX, VMWare, VxRail
Oracle, MS SQL, Postgresql databases
MS Services (O365, AD, Exchange, NTP)
Patch Management KACE, deployment automation
Various Schedulers
Mastery of risk management and ability to formulate technical requirements
Mastery of modern information system architecture models and study methodologies, and information system design
Required professional and personal qualities
Ability to lead and coordinate the activities of external and internal stakeholders
Ability to work in a team and in cross-functional relationships
