We work across industries, including logistics, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing, with a strong focus on operational excellence and innovation.

We're currently looking for an IT Technical Consultant to join our Memphis team and serve as a trusted advisor for clients navigating complex technical environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to gather technical requirements and propose tailored IT solutions

• Design and deploy infrastructure components including servers, networking, virtualization, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)

• Conduct technical assessments and audits to identify areas of risk or improvement

• Provide Tier 3 technical support for escalated issues across client environments

• Lead technical workshops, solution presentations, and documentation efforts

• Collaborate with internal teams including project managers, developers, and cybersecurity analysts

• Stay current on emerging technologies and industry best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

• 4+ years of experience in a technical consulting or systems engineering role

• Proficient with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud platforms

• Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and endpoint management

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills

• Experience with ticketing systems, technical documentation, and project delivery

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, AWS Solutions Architect, or CompTIA Network+/Security+

• Experience in regulated environments (HIPAA, PCI-DSS, etc.)

• Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, or Python)
