In order to strengthen our growth, we are looking for a Key Account Manager.
The responsibility of the Key Account Manager is to:
Develop and lead the in-life account strategy for a group of named key accounts
Plan and execute account development plans, identify customer needs and opportunities for Deepki to deliver greater value
Build a strong and diverse network of stakeholders, at all levels within a customers organisation, and matching these with Deepki colleagues where necessary
Mobilise and co-ordinate in-house resource and expertise to create high-impact solutions and commercial proposals
Anticipate, plan and manage the lifecycle events of the key accounts: tenders, contract renewals, negotiations, manage customer satisfaction, etc to maximise ARR and retention.
Establish deep and lasting customer relationships to reinforce Deepki's reputation as a committed and trusted partner
Uncover and manage commercial opportunities (installation, subscription, upsales)
Negotiate and close deals with customers.
Pré-requis du poste
Essential skills and competencies:
Experience navigating and driving complex sales of B2B SaaS solutions
Consultative/value-selling, able to identify and articulate customer benefit
Strong commercial and negotiation skills
Experience influencing stakeholders, including c-suite
Experience working with large/enterprise customers
Strong organisational skills, rigorous approach and focused on execution
Excellent English and French speaking and writing skills
Genuine interest in environmental transition
